Payment

Cash, check, and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients unable to attend scheduled appointments must call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel.  If an appointment is not cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation period, the client will be subject to an $85 cancellation fee. The insurance companies or Employee Assistance Programs does not cover the cost of Late Cancellations or NO SHOW/NO CALL.
